Is there anything more exciting than a box of beauty products arriving at your door when you least expect it? For me, there’s not much else that beats it. But when two boxes turn up, you know it’s going to be a good day. In all the excitement, I actually brushed my hair, too.
‘What’s #YourIndulgence?’ is a campaign to celebrate the opening of Indulge Beauty at London’s Westfield Stratford City and online. Featuring over 120 cult, classic and emerging brands in makeup, skincare, fragrance and hair; with the likes of Make Up For Ever, OUAI, The Ordinary, Stila, Urban Decay, Buxom, Tom Ford, Oskia and loads more.
*Included was: a face mask from Skin Laundry, body wash from MOR, Clarins moisturiser, Bbrowbar gel, two Loewe EDT’s, Verso night cream, Sachajuan hair mist, Urban Decay setting spray, Beauty Blender and cleanser, Touch in Sol liquid eyeshadows, Glamglow mask, Lord & Berry lip pencil, Dr Bronner soap bar, Perricone MD cream and a cleansing balm.
Indulge Beauty came from the creator of The Fragrance Shop and they have launched a perfume subscription service called scentaddict where you can date a fragrance before committing to it.
As a massive perfume fan, I think this is a really fab idea. There’s over 250 scents to choose from, at £12 per month and you can cancel at any time. You get a 30 day supply of your chosen scent and if you fall in love, can purchase it, if not, try something different. It’s great for travelling or popping in your bag as it doesn’t take up a lot of space.
I went with Valentino – Donna EDP and it was love at first spritz. I will most definitely be adding the larger bottle to my collection and I can’t wait to try more.
