If you’re a stationery lover, I can guarantee you will adore this post. It’s very picture heavy but I’m sure that won’t be a problem with any of my fellow stationery addicts.
I’m pretty sure that I’ve lost at least a week of my life browsing Etsy and I’m totally okay with that as I’ve found some amazing shops with awesome products. I’ve recently fully emerged myself into the planner community and I’m sure I’ll post all about the planners I use very soon; so keep a look out.
Let’s start with my favourite things – stickers. They come from two shops on Etsy, and I’m pretty much in love with everything they sell. I’ve made quite a few orders from Lilac and Dot; all of Natalia’s items are adorable, I love her designs and the quality is fab. She’s currently on a break until the beginning of October, but do check her out once her shop reopens.
Amongst the unicorn and stationery stickers she makes Spoonie and Pain Tracker stickers, which are so cute and really helpful to keep note of how my pain is over the week. I love the colours, the designs, basically everything about them. Everything in Natalia’s shop is very reasonably priced and ships SO fast. She’s also constantly bringing out new packs. I can’t recommend Lilac and Dot enough. Just look at it all!
Harriet Wright Designs is another favourite, and also currently on a short break. When her stickers landed on my doorstep I was so impressed with the quality and they’re so adorable. She has a wide range of awesome stickers and is always coming out with new designs. Can we talk about how cute the penguins are?
I use an A5 Filofax Original and the dividers that come with the planner are very plain and just not cute enough for my liking. Obviously I took to Etsy and found My Pretty Week had a wide selection of dividers in all different sizes. There’s so much choice and you can even pick and choose particular dividers from any set to create your own. You can add tabs to the top or side, and also have them laminated. The dividers are really good quality and I’ve already ordered more.
For dashboards, it’s all about Natalie Shauna Crafts. For non-planner addicts, a dashboard is a pattern, quote, anything you like, that goes in the front of your planner so it’s the first thing you see when you open it. I decided to get a few different designs and then stuck the quotes down with glitter washi. The dashboards are laminated, hole punched, great quality and very reasonably priced.
A stationery haul wouldn’t be right without some washi tape. I absolutely love Unwrap Colour, and it’s always the first shop I go to when I want some new washi. I wanted some glitter tape as a girl needs glitter in her life, and I couldn’t decide what colour, so got three. The best thing about these is they don’t shed and are really smooth. I just had to get the dream catcher tape too! There’s loads of choice at Unwrap Colour – you need to check it out.
A planner is nothing without some adorable paperclips, and My Unicorn Planner is the best place for clips. There’s paperclips for every occasion, I’ve been eyeing up the Halloween and Christmas designs for a while. They’re all handmade and really well executed. The bows have non-shed glitter and are bigger than I expected, which I’m happy about. They look so good in my Filofax and I have a feeling I’ll be ordering more very soon.
This last lot of stationery I bought from Wilkos. I spent about £4 for 112 Attitude Stickers, a tub of colourful binder clips, a small notepad and 8 coloured Papermate pens. I’d never really looked at the stationery section in Wilkos until last week and I’m really impressed. Our local store is massive and I’ll definitely be checking what they have to offer more often.
So yeah, that was my stationery haul. Pretty vast, huh? I think I’m going to need another bedroom to house all my stationery. Or maybe stop buying stationery…Ha, nah, that’s not going to happen any time soon.
Do keep a look out for Lilac and Dot and Harriet Wright Designs reopenings. And check out all the Etsy stores Instagram accounts for discounts and new products.
