If you know me, you know how obsessed I am with all things Stila. I’m constantly recommending a variety of products to anyone that will listen, and in January I felt like I used these products almost daily.
Stila One Step Correct | £24 | Stila |
I’m pretty sure this primer has been on my wish list forever and I’m so happy it finally takes up residence in my make up collection. It has three colours that are swirled together and target various problems on the face; lavender for dullness, peach to brighten, and green to neutralise redness. At first I didn’t really notice much of a difference in correcting, but I was applying it with my fingers as I would a moisturiser. However, I’ve been dabbing the silky serum over my problem areas and it really does work. My make up applies effortlessly over the top and I really like it.
Stila Aqua Glow Watercolour Blush – Water Lily | £20 | Stila |
Where has this blush been all my life? It’s a beautiful rosy coral that lasts for-bloody-ever (okay, slight exaggeration, but it lasts a long time), and looks so fresh and natural. I apply it using a stippling brush and am careful not to use a heavy hand as it’s so pigmented. It blends out really easily and is stunning.
Stila In The Light Eye Shadow Palette | £17.50 | Stila |
A girl can never have too many eye shadow palettes, right? That’s what I keep telling myself anyway! I think this is a great neutrals palette and can be used to create so many different looks. It has a mixture of mattes and shimmers, and can be used wet or dry to intensify pigmentation. A waterproof eye liner is also included in the palette. I was using this and my Tartelette palette a lot in Feb, I especially love the colours Kitten and Bliss.
Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick – Bella | £16 | Stila |
I recently wore Bella and forgot just how stunning a colour it is; it’s a bright pink with cool undertones, and I have a full review and swatches here. It’s the perfect Spring/Summer shade, and I feel it looks so pretty with my pale skin.
Stila Kajal Eye Liner – Tigers Eye | £12 |
Stila |
I have all three of Stila’s Kajal liners and they’re all amazing but I like Tigers Eye the most as I find brown much less harsh than black for everyday wear. It’s a warm brown with a very creamy formula that doesn’t tug on the eyes and can be easily smudged. It can also be worn as an eye shadow base but I’m yet to try that.
What are your February favourites?
